2003-2004 Hospice Salary and Benefit Report Available Now!

The Report, published by the Hospital and Healthcare Compensation Service in cooperation with the Hospice Association of America/National Association for Home Care & Hospice, is a valuable tool in planning compensation for your staff. It contains data on 70 positions, including both management and non-management, from 269 hospices with 25,770 employees engaged in hospice care. It offers salary and hourly pay comparisons by auspice, size, location, and patient days. Caseload and productivity data are included again this year along with detailed information on benefits and perquisites for hospice staff. Data on productivity and hospice inpatient units and residences are also included. Effective date of data is August 2003.
