The Home Medical Equipment Association of America (HMEAA) was created by the NAHC Board of Directors in 1998 to address the issues of concern to home care providers who offer home medical equipment and related supplies in the home. Specifically, HMEAA focuses it attention on quality of care issues, reimbursement issues, and program integrity issues.
