NP© Subscriptions
Home health agencies have the ability to use the basic OASIS NP© tool
over and over for OASIS training and testing of their staff. However,
the developers of OASIS NP© identified a need
to create new scenarios to enable agencies to retest their staff on
OASIS with the latest CMS pronouncements, Q&As and instructions.
In order to meet this need, NAHC and the developers are offering a
subscription to regular updates of OASIS NP©.
These new scenarios and tests will allow agency clinicians to continuously
increase their OASIS assessment knowledge.
What is Included in a Subscription?
Home health agencies that purchase the OASIS NP© Subscription
will receive an OASIS NP© User’s Manual
as well as an electronic in-service each month from May through December,
2008. This complete scenario-based in-service will consist of:
- Web Wednesdays – On the third Wednesday of each
month subscribers may attend a live webinar introducing
a new scenario at either 10am or 2pm Eastern time on
Webinar dates: May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September
17, October 15, November 19, and December 17 2008. Note:
If unable to attend live, access the webinar via the
NAHC web site.
- New testing file for each scenario
- New Training file for each scenario
- Power Point presentations to introduce each scenario
Subscribers will have unlimited access to replays of the webinars,
as well as access to other NP
Member Resources through December 31, 2008.
The subscription, like the original tool, will be transferable to all
clinicians and all branch offices under a home health provider number.
