Getting to the meeting is as easy as 1, 2, 3
First, decide what day you'll be flying into Phoenix. Most people will fly in on Thursday, January 19th. We're ending the conference in the early afternoon on Saturday to encourage you to stay the weekend and enjoy the greater Phoenix area. Plan to fly home on Sunday, January 22nd to give yourself a chance to rejuvenate in the warm sun of the Phoenix winter. Next, decide how many people you are bringing with you. Then follow these three simple steps to register:
1. Hotel
Make your hotel reservation. The Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort has been selected as the location for this year's meeting. All events will take place at the Doubletree, which is located at 5401 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
To make reservations, either call the Doubletree directly at 480-947-5400 or use our online registration form. To ensure that you get our discounted rate of $189 for a single or double (plus applicable taxes), please remember to mention that you are with the NAHC Private Duty Home Care Summit when you call. If you choose to book online, you must reserve your hotel room by going through our website to access our discounted rate. Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 72 hours prior to arrival. The hotel reservation deadline is Monday, December 19th, 2005.

Book your flight. Most people will fly directly into Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). The Phoenix airport serves over 40 million passengers a year and hosts a wide variety of national and discount airlines including:
