Dear Friends,

The National Association for Homecare & Hospice (NAHC) and its newest affiliate The Private Duty Homecare Association (PDHCA) are pleased to present to you the 2007 second annual Private Duty Home Care Leadership Summit.

Our meeting site this year is the AAA Four-Diamond rated Scottsdale Hilton Resort and Villas right in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. The dates are Monday and Tuesday, January 22 and 23, 2007.

You can count on this leadership Summit to take place in Scottsdale every January for the foreseeable future. Number one, it makes it easy for you to plan ahead and reserve the time on your calendar: think January, Private Duty Home Care Leadership Summit, Scottsdale. Second, there is no better place to be in the middle of the winter than under the warm sun of the Sonoran desert, in a resort town full of great restaurants, world-class shopping, etc. This great location and time of the year give you the perfect excuse to add a few days of R&R to your trip.

But the real reason for coming is to prepare for a successful future in this expanding industry. The pace of change is so fast and new competition is appearing every day. In order to thrive you need the best ideas, the best information, and the best products and services you can get your hands on. It's all in one place at this year's Summit. We listened to your feedback from the 2006 Summit and are presenting three educational tracks this year instead of two, in the areas you said were most important to you: Marketing, Human Resources, and Legal & Finance. The faculty is a mixture of recognized industry experts and providers whose private duty home care businesses are thriving. Together they have many secrets to share that will help you meet your biggest challenges such as recruiting and retention, minimizing workers compensation costs, how to expand your revenue sources, staffing and scheduling, the importance of web site development, and scaling up your operations to meet growth and demand. There is so much information available to you at the Summit that you may want to bring a second person along with you.

Don't forget one of the greatest opportunities of being here, and that's to network with your peers. The best way to avoid costly mistakes is to find out from others. The best way to learn best practices that you can take home and implement is from your peers. We have incorporated time into the schedule for you to discuss ideas informally and make new friends.

This year, we are excited to add an Exhibition Hall to the Summit. Meet representatives of companies from around the country at the Exhibition Hall. Learn about the products and services that focus on what you need in the private duty home care industry: tools to lower your costs, provide better customer service and engage new technologies. Click here to see which companies will be exhibiting.

On top of all this we are presenting two dynamic keynote speakers who will no doubt motivate and inspire you with their insights and success stories.

If you are operating now in private duty home care or you plan to in the future, or you want to but need more information, attendance at the 2007 Private Duty Home Care Leadership summit is a must.

See you there!
