Please decide what days you will be attending. Most people will fly in on Friday, March 24 or Saturday, March 25. Those that do come in on Saturday will be able to enjoy Washington, DC's many attractions and events including the start of the Cherry Blossom Festival. Most attendees will fly home late Wednesday afternoon, March 29, after the Home Care & Hospice Law Symposium. Next, please decide how many people you are bringing with you. See the registration form on page 64 to claim discounts for bringing multiple attendees. Reserving your place at the meeting is a simple matter.

1. Hotels
Make your hotel reservation. This year, the National Policy Conference will move to the beautiful Omni Shoreham Hotel located at 2500 Calvert Street NW in Washington, DC. Attendees can make hotel reservations by calling the Omni Shoreham at (202) 234-0700 or by booking online at www.nahc.org. When booking your reservation by phone, please mention that you are attending the National Policy Conference to get the discounted NAHC rate. NAHC's discounted rate for single/double rooms is $189 plus applicable taxes. There is an additional $20 fee for additional persons after double occupancy. Reservations should be made by Thursday, February 24, 2006.
2. Airlines
Book your flight. Most people will fly directly into Washington, DC's Reagan National Airport (DCA), but many airlines offer discounted rates to both nearby Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI). There are quite a few discount airlines that service the area including Independence Air (IAD), ATA (DCA), JetBlue (IAD), Southwest (BWI), Ted (IAD), or AirTran (BWI).
