Travel Information

Please decide what days you will be arriving and departing. Most people will fly in on Saturday, October 22nd (or on Friday if they want to spend Saturday sightseeing), and most will fly home on Wednesday afternoon, October 26th, after the closing General Session. Please decide how many people you are bringing with you. See the registration form to claim discounts for bringing multiple attendees.

Airline Discounts

United Airlines and Northwest/KLM Airlines have been selected as the official airline carriers for NAHC's 2005 Annual Meeting. You can call the airlines directly or visit their websites. NAHC has negotiated discounts for attendees on the airlines listed below. Please be sure to use the code noted for each airline to qualify for their best rates.

UNITED AIRLINES
United Airlines is offering a 5% discount on published fares, including First Class, to all attendees of NAHC's Annual Meeting. A discount of 10% is offered on unrestricted mid week coach tickets purchased at least 7 days in advance. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of the attendees travel.

This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express or UA* flights. United's convenient schedule and discounted fares are available through United's Meeting Desk. Call (800) 521-4041 and reference Meeting ID Code 530CG. Dedicated reservationists are on duty seven days a week 8:00AM-10:00PM EST.

NORTHWEST AIRLINES
Attendees will receive discounts ranging from US$25 - US$100 off published fares when booking a round trip on qualifying coach or business class flights.

Call Northwest World Meeting & Incentive Reservations at (800) 328-2111, Monday through Friday, 7:00AM - 7:30PM Central Time or book online at www.nwa.com/travel/reser/. When prompted for an electronic ticket certificate, enter the Worldfile number NY915. Leave the certificate number prompt blank.

Whether booking via the toll-free number, online, or though a travel agent, please remember to quote the special NAHC / Northwest Airline number code (NY915) to receive the discount.

AMERICA WEST AIRLINES
America West Airlines is offering 5% off the lowest applicable published fare and 10% off First Class fares to meeting attendees. A bonus discount of 5% is offered on tickets purchased 60 or more days prior to travel.

Call AWA Group & Specialty Travel at (800) 548-7575, Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-6:00PM MST and specify CAMS Discount Code AP6496. If booking online at www.americawest.com, please enter the CAMS Code AP6496 into the eCertificate window on the Air Reservation page. If the ticket is being purchased 60 or more days in advance, enter AP6496T in the eCertificate window to earn the bonus discount.

FRONTIER AIRLINES
Attendees can receive a 10% discount on all round-trip tickets purchased for this event. This discount is only applicable for travel on Oct. 17, 2005 through Nov. 2, 2005. To book online, go to www.frontierairlines.com, fill in your dates of travel, and enter the code G211 in the "ticket designator" box. If you would prefer to book with one of Frontier's group reservations agents, or if you experience difficulty in making your online reservation, call (800) 908-9069 and give the agent the shell number MC0211. If you would like to book with a professional travel agent, provide the agent with a printed copy of this document.

Rental Car Discounts

Avis and Alamo rental car companies will offer NAHC attendees 10% discount off the applicable rental rates when reservations are made in conjunction with United Airlines air reservations. Please ask the reservationists for more information on car rentals when booking your airline ticket.

For NAHC to get credit for car rental, the discount code must be used by attendees. The code is J099217.
