In response to requests from home care and hospice providers, a special educational track on pediatric home care was offered this year. The pediatric networking session led by Linda Therrien, the pediatric representative on NAHC's Board of Directors, was attended by more than 30 home care and hospice providers involved in pediatric care. This group learned about NAHC's latest web site feature, Peds@Home, and how this electronic tool can be used to link them to other pediatric agencies as well as provide a question and answer forum. Participants created an agenda of issues and challenges to be addressed in NAHC's Legislative and Regulatory Blueprints.
