Dear Marketing Professional:

Home care and hospice continue to undergo dynamic changes and the National Association for Home Care & Hospice's 2005 National Policy Conference and Home Care & Hospice Law Symposium offers the only opportunity for home care and hospice staff at all levels, including key decision makers, to be brought up to date on important regulatory, legal and other issues. The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is ready to connect you with these decision-makers, enabling you to show them the latest technology and products.

NAHC is inviting home care and hospice executives, CFOs, IS specialists, and clinical directors to Washington, DC, for the 2005 National Policy Conference & Home Care & Hospice Law Symposium, featuring the 19th Annual Home Care Expo. The conference will examine policy changes that will affect home and hospice care delivery in the future. Presenters will address how directions in national health care policy will directly affect agencies, and programs will provide concrete information on how to adjust operations for success. The 2005 Conference is particularly important as sweeping changes from the recently passed Prescription Drug/Medicare reform legislation will be implemented and discussions on Medicaid reforms and deficit reductions are expected to begin in earnest. We anticipate an excellent turnout for this popular conference.

Home care and hospice professionals attending the National Policy Conference and Home Care and Hospice Expo are depending on new technology and innovations to assist them through the changes mandated by Congress and CMS.

Once again, this year's Home Care Expo will be held over a two day period beginning with an Opening Reception on the evening of April 10, 2005 and continuing the next day April 11, 2005 with Lunch in the Exhibit Hall.

I invite you to join NAHC in Washington, DC for this exciting conference. Enclosed you will find detailed information about the Expo and an application. I encourage you to return a completed form as soon as possible to take advantage of this excellent opportunity.
