NAHC Members Urged To Participate in Fundraising Performance Information and Best Practices Survey
August 28, 2013 08:41 AM
NAHC is joining with the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group of New Jersey in urging NAHC members to participate in a brief - approximately 10 minute -survey about your agencies’ stand-alone or system home healthcare and/or hospice fundraising program.
The purpose of the survey is to identify baseline fundraising performance information as well as begin to define fundraising “best practices” within the home healthcare and hospice sectors.
There are dramatic changes underway in healthcare policy. Reimbursement and consumer preferences are all shifting from the acute care setting to home, hospice and community based care. Just as your agency is preparing for these changes, so is The Visiting Nurse Association Health Group of New Jersey under the leadership of their new president and CEO Dr. Steve Landers and fellow members of the National Association of Home Care & Hospice (NAHC).
Maximizing an organizations’ philanthropic support is an area of untapped potential to provide funding to enhance and expand our programs.
The results of this survey will be part of an educational presentation at the upcoming Association For Healthcare Philanthropy International Conference in Toronto, October 2 – 5, 2013.
All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the presentation.
