December 9, 2015 01:04 PM
The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is holding the 2016 Private Duty Home Care Conference in Charleston, South Carolina, on February 1-2, 2016. NAHC Report will be highlighting education sessions at the Private Duty Conference, including interviews with faculty and experts, as well as previews of the key takeaways that participants will gain.
The 2016 Private Duty Conference will include an education session on branding titled, “Branding Your Agency - Communicating Your Heart and Passion.” The lead faculty for the session will be Bob Roth, Managing Partner of Cypress HomeCare Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona.
“Branding is something that is not often clearly understood,” Roth said. “Too much time is spent on the business without conveying to your market your message about who you are and how you are different from the masses that are attempting to provide similar services.”
Roth said that the education session will benefit agency owners, managers, and marketers, by assisting attendees with understanding how “the actions their home care agency takes in the community help to convey their messages.”
Following is a course description for the education session:
