The Hospice PEPPER (version Q4FY14) summarizing statistics for fiscal years 2012, 2013 and 2014 has been available through the PEPPER Resources Portalsince April, 2015. The PEPPER summarizes statistics for these six target areas:
1. Live discharges
2. Long length of Stay
3. Continuous home care in assisted living facility
4. Routine home care in assisted living facility
5. Routine home care in nursing facility
6. Routine home care in skilled nursing facility
