The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is cosponsoring an important study on home care and hospice called the2016 National Home Care and Hospice State of the Industry Study conducted by Fazzi Associates. To ensure that the study includes the answers that you and others in the field are most interested in, an input survey for suggested questions on specific topics has been posted online.
The last such study cosponsored by NAHC on the state of the industry was conducted in 2013-2014 (see previous NAHC Report article here). Like the previous Fazzi State of the Industry studies, the results will be made available free to every agency in the country.
The input survey now available online simply asks for suggestions on questions to be considered for the study, and should take less than ten minutes to complete. NAHC encourages everyone todo two things: 1) Participate by going on-line to provide input, and 2) Try to reach out and get others to go on-line and do the same. Suggestions can be made on one, two, or all of the themes that will ultimately be in the final study.
The Input Surveywill be available from Monday, February 22, 2016, to Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Your help will be very much appreciated.
The study is cosponsored by NAHC and conducted by Fazzi Associates. The National Steering Committee includes the leaders of all three accreditation groups, leaders of state and national associations, and leaders from agencies in every region.
