February 14, 2017 03:53 PM
The NAHC/HHFMA Financial Management Conference 2017, scheduled for July 16-18 in Hartford, Connecticut, is now opening the annual Call for Speakers to present programs at the conference. Each year, the financial management conference programming focus is designed by the HHFMA Education Committee and the HHFMA Workgroup. We are now looking for the expert faculty to present the 20 Workshops and two pre-conferences. Faculty opportunities are open to all!
This very special conference includes two preconference programs, 20 highly focused workshops, and several General Sessions focused on today’s most important operational needs for home health and hospice programs, along with in-depth programming on emerging innovations in health care delivery and payment.
The complete conference content is set out on the NAHC website here. Click “Education Sessions” and “Pre-Conferences” to view the detail of the 20 workshops and pre-conferences that have been planned. There are a wide variety of programs covering home health, hospice, leadership, operations, and innovations in home care.
We are seeking nominations for speakers to present Programs 101 through 504 and the two pre-conferences. If you, individually or in combination with others, are interested in being considered for a faculty appointment for this year’s conference, please email Bill Dombi at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “FMC 2017 Speaker.” With your message, please reference the specific program(s) you are interested in doing. In addition, please include pertinent information regarding your qualifications and experience on the subject matter of the program.
Faculty selections are expected to be made by March 30.
We look forward to your nominations. It will be an incredible conference this year. Whether you attend as a speaker or attendee, it will be a learning experience that is not available anywhere else.
