November is Home Care & Hospice Month

Washington, D.C. — The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) is excited to celebrate Home Care & Hospice Month, during the month of November. This is the time to recognize and celebrate the millions of people — from administrators to clinicians to social workers and volunteers — who bring the best health care in the world into the homes of the most vulnerable patients in our country. They make an everlasting impact on the lives of the patients and families they serve.

We invite you to join us, as we celebrate these tireless and selfless women and men who are caregivers, companions, and friends. Over the next 30 days, through advocacy, recognition, and promotion we need your help to spread the word about home care and hospice. Watch this short video to learn more about the direct impact of home care workers.

Send a press release to your local media, here’s an easy-to-use template to get started.
