Booth Inclusions
The standard exhibit booth price includes:
- 100 square feet of exhibit space (10' wide by 10' deep)
- 8' high, two- or three-color, draped back wall and 3' high, one-color side rail drape
- Company listing and product description in the Official Show Guide
- Two complimentary conference registrations for your staff, providing access to all General Sessions and Educational Programs
- Two-line identification sign with exhibitor name and booth number
- 24-hour security services from move-in through move-out
- Aisle and lounge carpeting for general exhibit hall
- Nightly general exhibit area cleaning
- General illumination lighting
- Exclusive right to purchase pre- and post-meeting attendee lists

Deposit and Payment Schedule
1. A deposit totaling 25% of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted before December 31, 2005.
2. From January 1, 2006 to April 4, 2006, a deposit totaling 50% of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted.
3. From April 5, 2006 to June 6, 2006, a deposit totaling 75% of the booth(s) space must accompany all applications submitted.
4. After June 6, 2006, full payment must accompany all applications submitted.
5. Final payment is due no later than August 8, 2006.
