NAHC is the premier clearinghouse for home care and hospice data. NAHC provides information to its members, and other interested parties to advance the knowledge of those involved in the health care industry. These data are used for policy analysis and education.

State Fact Sheets (NAHC Members Only)

These individualized fact sheets provide statistics for home care by state and territories. These documents include state maps of agency distribution by county, average OASIS scores at the state level, as well as information regarding employment, number of patients and visits, Medicare reimbursement, and the impact current proposed legislation may have on each state.
