at the Frederick Douglass Museum and Caring Hall of Fame is bound
to be special. The museum is located within the heart of our nation’s
capital and in eye view of the pristine Capitol Building. When you
step inside, you’ll get a rich sense of history combined with

All three floors, including a large catering-style kitchen, are
available for your use. This unique property is an ideal location

The Frederick Douglass Museum and Caring Hall of Fame is operated
by the National Association
for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC). Use of the facilities shall respect
the physical and logistical limitations based on the historic character,
as well as the responsibility carried by the museum for the preservation
of its artistic collections. Restrictions may result from scheduling
requirements and staffing limitations at the museum. Please make
payment to the National Association for Home Care & Hospice
at the above address.
Application for rental of the museum is submitted
through the office of the events manager. Use of
the facility shall respect all local laws and conform
to the guidelines outlined below. A signed contract
will be negotiated between NAHC and the tenant.
The museum requires, without exception, the user
and caterer to obtain a certificate of insurance
from their insurance carrier stating that they
have in force bodily injury, liquor, and property
damage liability protection, as detailed in our
rental agreement.
The museum reserves the option to have a representative
attend part, or all, of the event. |
