2016 Annual Meeting of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice

Thank you for submitting a proposal for the educational program for the 2016 NAHC Annual Meeting & Exposition, October 23-25, 2016, at the Gaylord Palms, Orlando, Florida.
Submission deadline is Monday, February 8, 2016.
If you have submitted education proposals to NAHC previously you will notice some changes this year:
You can now save your submission in progress and come back later to complete it.
To begin the process you will need to create a profile. Log into your profile whenever you come back to your proposal.
In addition to a program abstract and objectives, you will need to suggest an education track, identify the intended audience, and propose faculty for your session.

We encourage NAHC members – provider members as well as associate members – to participate as faculty. IMPORTANT: At least one faculty member in your proposal must be an active employee of a home care or hospice provider and that person should serve as the designated primary faculty for the session.
NAHC offers a special registration rate of $400 for all faculty. Registrations are nontransferable, and faculty are required to book their accommodations at the host hotel.
