The following letter outlines the business case for attending the National Association for Home Care & Hospice’s 2015 Annual Meeting to assist you with requesting funding from an employer or other sponsor to help you attend. Simply tailor the information below to your needs.

The 2015 Annual Meeting of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice is the largest gathering of home care, hospice and private duty professional. In addition to educational content, the conference hosts the largest marketplace in our industry as hundreds of providers of services and products participate in the expo.

The program is 2+ days of keynote speakers, educational sessions and networking opportunities. Speakers from across the country will discuss trends and best-case practices at 90 education session in 10 educational tracks:
