CEU or CPE Certificate Printing

Using the form provided below you can produce a Nursing or Accouting CE Certificate for the sessions you were scanned in for at any of NAHC's meeting from the list below. Please enter either your Registration ID number found on your scanning card, see diagram below, or your first and last name.

If you need a CE Certificate for a NAHC meeting that is not in the list please contact NAHC's education department at (202) 547-7424 or by email at education@nahc.org.
