Update on Letter to CMS: Prevent Payment Cuts and Unsustainable Value Based Purchasing Penalty Percentage
A total of 42 members of the U.S. House of Representatives have now agreed to co-sign the letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to prevent the proposed home health case mix cut and Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) penalty percentage.
