Leaders within the private duty home care community are invited to join us for a one-day, interactive executive leadership retreat, connecting industry executives together for learning, support, and the sharing of ideas.
Held in conjunction with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice’s Annual Home Care & Hospice Conference and EXPO in beautiful New Orleans, The Retreat will consist of a transformative, masterclass session in the morning led by globally renowned author, executive coach, and keynote speaker, Chester Elton. Chester is ranked among the world’s top leadership, and organizational culture experts and has spent two decades helping clients around the world engage their employees in organizational strategy, vision, and values.
His class, curated specifically for the private duty community, will focus in on aspects of leadership, culture, and workforce well-being, all important for the future health and growth of our industry. He will focus on the inclusion of actionable key takeaways for leaders looking to build culture, manage change, and drive innovation.
Elton will share principles that will help private duty home care leaders to:
- Communicate more effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Build stronger cultures with diverse, global, remote team members.
- Enhance innovation and give people a voice.
- Tackle growing anxiety & mental health issues.
- Help team members deal with uncertainty.
- Build resilience in times of change.
Registered attendees of The Retreat will also receive a personal access code in advance to take the Motivator’s Assessment, a product created by Gostick & Elton, LLC and The Culture Works, LLC, to help you as leader identify and find your “mojo” at work by discovering your Motivators. We are excited to offer this as part of The Retreat in partnership with Elton and believe it will be a beneficial resource for not only the class but also in your daily life.
Building on the momentum from the morning’s masterclass, your afternoon will be spent taking a deep dive into specific workforce challenges we are facing today with targeted, interactive presentations from industry experts discussing data insights, best practices, and meaningful solutions; leading towards a path of action to address attraction, engagement, and retention issues in private duty home care.
The day concludes with a celebratory reception and more peer-to-peer networking.
