While difficult to predict the state of the legal world in what feels like an eternity from now, we anticipate that during our May 14th Webinar, we will be able to provide an update on: (i) the outcome of the FFCRA litigation regarding the “healthcare provider” exemption in New York; (ii) the Fourth Stimulus Legislative package and its anticipated impact on the home care industry; (iii) the most recent guidance regarding the Paycheck Protection Program; (iv) the litigation trends impacting our industry; (v) recommended practices and standards concerning COVID-19 testing of employees and recommended operational protocols to consider for re-opening your place of business; and (vi) the ninety-nine other issues that will arise between now and May 14th.

NAHC has partnered with Littler Mendelson, the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), and the Private Duty Homecare Association (PDHCA) to provide a weekly webinar series to assist home health and home care providers to navigate through the complex and seemingly ever changing legal landscape brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this series is to bring the industry together for real time advocacy and legal updates, practical guidance in light of the same, and provide a forum to get the answers to your most pressing questions. Our industry is needed now more than ever and we ask you to tune in for this series and continue to do your part to keep our patients and clients safe.

You will receive a recording of the webinar if you register even if you cannot attend the webinar in real time. These webinars will be substantive in nature and cumulative, such that one will build on the other.

FREE to attend!
